Blue Aragonite has a special relationship when it comes to the throat chakra. It helps communicate emotional pain and struggle we refuse to confront.

This stone pushes us to vocalize our feelings when in times of discomfort, as one may normally just shell up and stay quiet. By all means this is not an aggressive vocalizing stone, and is purely here to help in vocalizing ones emotional pain. So often do we hold on to pain because we refuse to even communicate about it to the ones closest to us. Blue Aragonite will passively push you to speak up about yourself and stand up for your emotions. Something as little as using different words with a different tone can change the outcome of any discussion or confrontation.

During your next meditation session, add this stone to your cycle and draw energy off of it so you can channel it within. It is known to calm our physical body.

You can also keep this stone by your bed side for an enhanced perspective of your dreams.
